Can't Establish RDC with Specific IP

I have strange problem here, as i can establish RDC with all computers except
ONE PC, i was able to RDC to it, but from 2 days i got this problem, I tried
to connect using its name or IP, but no difference. I tried to remove the
RDC history from registry and default.rdp file in my documents... but still
can't connect..
Any Suggestions ??

Use an explicit command instead of relying on some .rdp file:

mstsc /v:NameOfServer:PortNumber
