cant enter data into the form

Have design a form from an existing table but when open the form to enter
date it doesn't accept the data. it display '#Name?' in the text box. I will
be grateful if someone can help.

Is the form based on a query or table? Have you tried to open the
query/table not using the form? If it's based on a query, is the query
"updateable"?

#Name? means just that Access doesn't recognize the COntrol Source
property of the control as a fieldname. Check the spelling of the
fieldname in the control source; compare it with the form's
Recordsource to be sure that it's in fact one of the fields. Note that
spaces are meaningful - if your field is named [Last Name] in the
table, then a Control Source of LastName or Last_Name will give this
error!
