Can't enable Firewall

As directed, I'm trying to enable the firewall before
downloading the patch for the msblast worm. However, when
I go to control panel, Network connections, right click on
MSN IE (the connection I use to log on to the internet),
the short cut menu does appear with Properties. However
when I click on properties, the property menu does not
appear. Nothing happens. Is there another way to enable
the firewall? Thanks for your help! Mike

Go to tool bar right click icon for internet security.
Click to expand...
Click enable. This works for me. Hope it works for you.
