cant email pictures from my pictures folder

im trying to email a picture from my picture folder and
it sends me to msn loginnet.passport and asks me for a
user name and password. i dont have an msn account. i
have netscape and was wondering how to fix this.
contacted dell and they cant help me.

In NetScape, click on FILE menu|ATTACH (or similar, depending upon the
version). Browse to the file and double-click it.
