Can't drag tables in relationships view

I realise this is off-topic, but couldn't find an approriate forum. After
I've dragged my tables around a bit, and added and removed tables, in the
relationship view, they suddenly become frozen and don't want to move. I
then have to close relationships and open again to get them to move. Is
there a way to fix this or do we just have to wait for the next version?

Most of these type of 'can't select it with the mouse' glitches seem to be
associated with Windows XP themes. Reverting to Windows Classic style seems
to cure most of them.

I have found that when this happens double click on a field in the table and
you will be able to again drag the table.

I occasionally get the same problem using Access 2K SP-3, Jet 4.0
SP-6, on Win 2K SP-3.
