Can anyone help? Cannot drag icons on desktop since I installed a new Canon
digital camera yesterday.

Does uninstalling hte camera help? If it does, check for updated
software on Canon's site.

Did you try doing a System Restore to a Restore Point as close to, but PRIOR to yesterday?
Start button/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/ System Restore: Restore My Computer
to an Earlier Time: Click NEXT button, select bold date on calendar (only bold dates
contain Restore Points) select the Restore Point in the right pane, and continue with the
Wizard. After the System Restore has finished, the system will reboot. Is your problem
fixed? Any software or updates that were installed prior to the Restore Point which you
have chosen will have to be reinstalled. Email, Docs, and your other data files will
remain untouched. If it WAS the Canon software which caused the problems, do not
reinstall it....

Hi t,cruise.. I already tried a restore without success.. Any other
sugestions ? Thanks

Try doing the usual spyware, virus detection and see if it picks up anything
suspicious.

Right click on Start, properties, customize, advanced, check enable draggind
and drpooing.
