Cant Download my mail

Someone has sent me an email with photo's attached.
Outlook will not download it and it is stopping the rest
of my emails coming through. Is there a way I can delete
this email before it downloads or set Outlook up so it
downloads smallest emails first?

Use the webmail interface provided by your ISP.
