Can't download messenger because it can't find DDL Library files

Has any one had this problem? We have a new HP computer with Windows XP Home
Edition. I have tried to download Yahoo messenger several times but the same
problem comes up about the missing DDL Library files. We have broadband and
I am using the free face page on outlook express to get Yahoo as my access
to the internet.

I think you're going to need to find a more appropriate place to ask this
question, and it'll probably be associated with Yahoo or HP, not Microsoft
(since Yahoo Messenger isn't distributed by Microsoft)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
