can't down load

This problem started after I tried to uninstall then reinstall nortons
system works (I Think) and I cant get it to re install. When I try to
load anything it goes so far as going in the right location and then when you
try to run it it just beeps and then the file is gone. The whole this just
blinks and its not there any more. Any help would be great

Nortons System Works is NOT recommended. Removal tools here:
