can't delete???

on my system lately under my internet favorites, i have run across a folder called "netpal games". every time i delete it it comes back within a few hours. i was browsing my "add/delete files" menu under controll panel and behold! the system "netpal games"! well i tried to delete it and the screen only flickers like it is deleting then comes back with it still there. i have been trying for the past week to rid myself of this item because i think it is spyware or something giving me viruses. i have not been able to delet it and was wondering if anyone knew of way to get rid of this.


P.S i have also tried running my virus scanner and spyware blocker but it does not appear at all on either one.
