can't delete RECYCLER

What's a Recycler? Everytime I try to delete it, it says the file is
being used by somebidy else. There is nobody else.

I have 2 virtual drives on 1 physical disk. I would like to merge
them. Does anybody know a freeware program that would do this?

It's the Recycle bin. Do not delete it.

You can't do it with the built in tools. You'll need some 3rd party
software.Make sure you have good backups first. Whenever you do something
like this there is a chance of losing evrything on the drive.
