Can't delete or add to Junk E-mail folder

I get the message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If
the problem persists, restart Outlook." I have tried to restart Outlook
without luck. I have run the scanpst.exe several times, without luck. I have
also deleted all items in the "Deleted Items" folder. No other folders are
affected.

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need help
using Outlook command line switches, look here:
