Can't delete mail

Hello,
I have a piece of junk mail in my Deleted Items box that I can't get rid of.
When I try to delete it from the folder, I get the message that I do not
have access to the account. I know this isn't true because I have deleted
all of the other items. I've tried deleting the folder but have the same
problem. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?
