can't delete file

I downloaded a video which is 1.6 gb in size. it supposed to be a two hour
movie but only lasts 2 minutes. when I try to delete it I get an error
message that states that the file is in use and cannot be deleted. how can
I delete the file.

any help would be appreciated

tried the utility you suggested, when i click unlock the only app showing is
explorer, tried unlocking but the file still won't delete.

Just reboot in safe mode and delete from there.

To restart in safe mode:

1) start, Turn off Computer
2) Restart
3) keep pressing F8 when you get dark screen until you get DOS type MENU
4) Use up-arrow key to go to SAFE MODE selection
5) Now Delete your file if you know where it is!
6) Reboot normaly by three finger salute - CNTRL+ALT+DEL

Please note the screen in safe mode will be very different but this is
normal as the system is in very basic mode without drivers.

That's one fine malware program you've got there.
 
tried to delete in safe mode, also ran ad-aware and spybot but still can't
delete the bugger
