Can't delete cookies

When on line I have tried several times to delete cookies
and each time a screen comes up and says I chose to close
my browers and I am thrown off line. I have installed and
ran ad-aware and done a virus scan. Any suggestions on
what I can do to delete all cookies on my computer?

Have you not tried to delete them from the "Cookies" folder with
Explorer or a command shell ? The Index.dat file is a stubborn
little dude but dont worry about deleteing that, it will get rebuilt.

%UserProfile%\Cookies is where they are in case you were
un-aware.
