I tried to send a 150mb video file in an email. Idid not realize that this
was too large. My computer screen froze. I closed the session by holding in
the power on/off button (HP Pavilion a420n). When I restarted I got a message
in Outlook "Data File" -personal folder not closed properly. When I try to
use Outlook it is real slow and still is holding the mail I tried to send. I
click on OUT BOX and highlight on the message and try delete, but it will
not delete.

Any ideas on how to DELETE this email and its attachment and get my OUTLOOK
running properly (faster) again?

You're going to need to run scanpst against your PST file. You may have to
run it a few times. Just do a search for scanpst.exe, double-click it, and
follow the instructions. Make sure Outlook is closed when you do this.
As for that stubborn file you have stuck in your Outbox, take Outlook
offline. You didn't say which version of Outlook you're using, so I don't
know exactly which steps you need to take to do that, maybe File > Work
Offline? Or you can open Outlook in /safe mode and do it that way:
