Can't Defragment

My new computer came with Windows XP. It also came with something called Diskeeper Lite. When I try to use it to defrag it tells me I need to purchase an upgrade! Is there another way to Defragment? Just can't believe this

Go to start menu, choose all programs then accessories then system tools and then disk degragmenter.
