I somehow messed up the Wizard setup and now I can't use Outlook. I type in
my user ID (that's my email address, right?) and I type in a password but it
ignores it. I want to try to redo the Wizard info and see if that won't
correct it. I reinstalled Outlook using the "Fix and Repair Office" option
but it did no good. Can someone help me? Please?

Outlook can't be password protected (although a PST can). The username may
or may not be the email address.

Try creating a new mail profile in Control Panel's Mail applet.
