Everytime I create an account with limited access I am
unable to login successfully. When I login to the acct.
it goes to a blue page with no start menu or desktop
items. It's as if the personal settings did not load.
This is also the case with the Guest Account. The only
way to logoff is by hitting ctrl+alt+del. Please help.
