Can't Create A Contact Group

Hi Folks

This is driving me mad!!! ....

Help says "On the toolbar, click New Contact Group". Well, "New Contact
Group" doesn't appear on the toolbar! I've looked everywhere else I can
think of but can't find any way to create a Contact Group.

Can someone help please?

This happens if the folder template for the Contacts folder is incorrect. To
fix the problem, use these steps:

1. Open the Contacts folder

2. Right-click an empty area in the folder, and choose Customize This
Folder...

3. In the folder type drop down box, select Contacts

4. Click OK.

I ahve the same problem. I had no problem creating group emails in the
past, sudden;y the tab is gone!.

What to do?

Open the Contacts folder>right click on a blank area in the
folder>customise>from the drop down select Contacts.
