Can't Connect to Internet

I tried the Lavasoft website and the AdAware program to stop Pop-ups on my XP while not online. It stopped the pop-ups... YEY!!!

Now I can't connect to the internet at ALL... (not so Yey...)

I am running IE6, MS Outlook, Netscape, Yahoo! Messenger and IMesh... and none can find the server...

I called my ISP and troubleshot several things. They pinged my computer showing i had connection but, I still can't get online.

Any suggestions?
