can't connect to computers on a net

hi
I hace a network at home. Two computers see eachother and accede to internet
through a wi-fi &cable hub-router. The configuration is right. Same subnet,
same gateway, different ip addresses. They see each other i "pcs on my
network, both have shered files and HDS but when I click on one of them the
message is "you don't have right ask the admin"
PING is ok both from desktop pc to laptop (wifi and cabel) and viceversa,

but I cannot open the shared files
The laptop has msaffee firewal. (configuires to let anyone enter
