can't close microsoft internet exporer

i got a problem on closing a window.. previous pot i
receive a reply that i should use a pop up blocker....
yeah pop up are stop......

now i can't close the Microsoft Newsgroups - Microsoft
Internet Explorer.

sooo..... need some more help :(
