Can't Click on Links in E-mail Messages

Starting today, whenever I click on a link in an e-mail message, the
following box pops up:

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on the
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Does anyone know why this is happening, and what I can do to fix it so that
I can click on links?

Have you modified your rights on the computer ? or played with that ?
