Cant Change Filter Name!

I have a form that has a alphabetical keyboard at the bottom to select
clients names to get there ph numbers, but I cant seem to change the name of
the filter in Properties, when I click on my toggle button I get this error
"Select a filter for the Company Name" When I try to change the name it will
not hold and revert back to the old name!
