What is the make and model of the PC?

How did her nephew "wipe" the computer?

good old fashioned format lol...

What did he use to format the drive then? The reason I ask is that it's
possible the OS can be installed using the same CD.

and its a accent

I never heard of that brand. Instructions should be with your
documentation. If not, you need to contact the PC manufacturer; they
will provide you with the method (often it involves using a hidden
partition on your hard drive; hopefully, your nephew didn't wipe that,
too...). An alternative is to obtain a generic OEM installation disk of
XP that matches your product key (e.g., Home or Pro). If you're lucky,
you know someone who has this disk; just make a copy of it. Otherwise,
you would need to purchase one, and it will cost you $80 to $100.
