I cannot find the "Backup files" under System Tools. I need to backup my files using my CD burner. XP won't allow me access to the floppy drive to view or write on my floppys. It tells me to contact the administrator to gain access, I am the administrator. This has been this way since I installed Win XP. Can anyone please give me some direction? I have been told by Microsoft and Intel, (motherboard is Intel D850GB, Pent 4), that I need to copy my files from the harddrive and re-install Win XP. Then go to Intel and install the chipset drivers for the motherboard. Thanks!

XP Home does not install back-up by default. I believe there is a folder
called value add (or something like that) on the XP home cdrom, from there
you can install msbackup. I'm not sure this will help you though as it does
not write to CDs directly.
You can use windows explorer to "send to" or copy/paste files to your CDRW.
