Can't Assign Templates in Office 2003

I am trying to assign templates using OFFICE PRO 2000 Powerpoint. My Template
will not display properly. However it will using OFFICE PRO 2003. The Problem
is that company wide is using OFFICE PRO 2000, so those users won't see the
Company designed Template.
Is this a know problem w/ OFFICE 2000?

Hard to say. Please describe the problem more thoroughly.
What does "will not display properly" mean, exactly?

Ok, It will not display at all.
The Templates displays in 2003 but not 2000.

Where do you expect to see something but aren't seeing it?
