cant activate

reinstalled XP home, tried to activate, but couldn't get online. You cant get online without activation, and you cant activate without getting online. Is there a website i can go to to activate another computer from? theres no 1-800 number where i am (Zambia), so my only option is to get online. m/soft doesnt seem to have an easy way to do this.
 
You should be able to get online with activation for the first 30 days it
doesn't affect the operation of your PC at all.
