Can't access Tools | Internet Options

Hey guys,

I'm trying to change some settings in my IE 6 SP1 browser and can't get into
Tools | Internet Options. I get this error message when I click on it "This
operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator". I haven't changed a darn thing
and I have administrator privileges. Can anyone tell me what's going on or
how to fix this? Is it malware, spyware, a hijack, or a virus that's causing
it? Any help is greatly appreciated. I've been having THE WORST luck with IE
and Microsoft products lately!!! I'm beyond frustrated with this crap! I'm
SO ready to migrate to Linux!

Hi Brian,
Do you have Spybot Search & Destroy installed? If so, check your settings
in there for a "Lock IE control panel..." entry. UNcheck it if it is
checked.
