Can't access System Restore

When I hover over System Restore in Help & Support, I just get an arrow and
not a 'hand'. When I click, nothing happens.

This was working perfectly before and any help would be appreciated.

Do you have IE7 Beta 2 Preview installed? If so, which build?

Other ways to launch System Restore:

Click Start, Run and type:

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

-or-

Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.
