I have a linksys router. The setup is accessible from a browser by surfing to http://192.168.1.1/ and works fine from mozilla, but from Internet Explorer it times out. I would give up, only I changed something once, (I have no idea what) and it immediately worked, giving me the router password prompt instantly. Now it doesn't do it again. Why would this happen, and what should I do

I have no idea Rob, I think it was after I ran the Windows PROTECT YOUR PC 123 thing, and it turned my firewall back on, and turned automatic install of updates on, so I tried running it again, and it didn't change a thing. Maybe I should turn both things back off and force it to take action
