can't access anything urgent help needed

can anyone help.when i go 2 my desktop and click 2 open anything the arrow
turns 2 loading then it just stops. i cant open anything on my computer.my
using someone elses computer 2 write this.thanks 4 any help you can give me

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Can you get into Safe Mode? Last Known Good Configuration? Any error
messages?

i changed from etrust antivirus 2 mcfee antivirus and the problem started not
long after that

If you feel that installing McAfee caused your issue, then see if you
can get into Safe Mode and do a System Restore to before you
uninstalled the Etrust av and installed McAfee.
