There are a few websites that I cannot access such as google, netscape,
theflyonthewall as well as paying my MC bill online. This all happened after
I installed SpySweeper (whose website, Webroot, I can't access), SP2 and
after I had been TRYING to set up my home network. Have enabled/disabled all
spybots, Norton Antivirus, ZoneAlarm, all of the internet ooptions in the
Tools. Don't know what to try next. Any ideas sure would be appreciated.

Check C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\Hosts with notepad for any funky
listings.
