Can's send but can receive messages

I can receive messages in Outlook, but cannot send them.
This Started yesterday. I had deleted software called
eNetBot, which i sued to use to move aol mail to outlook.

I can send and receive emails trhough my web-based mail,
but cannot send through Outlook.
