can'nt open outlook2002

Got message "Unable to open Your default e-mail folderr".

I search MS for sollution. I upgrade Office XP It does not matter.

Can somebody help me out.

Locate your pst-file and scan it with scanpst.exe.

I downloaded SCANPST. but it asked for SCNPST32.dll. For some reason I
don not know, the dll was not installed. I copied it from an other
computer and placed it in the right folder. Outlook does not open and
scanpst ask again for the dll that's all right in the folder where it
belongs.

You don't have to download scanpst.exe. This is installed when installing
Outlook. The default location is;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale ID>
