Cannot use object linking and embedding error

Hi,

I get an error when opening excel 2003 indicating "Cannot
use object linking and embedding error".

Does anyone have a fix for this? Could not find anything
on it. Please let me know
 
Fixed. The DCOM setting for Excel was set to launch the
program under administrator. When I selected the option
to launch as user, that fixed the problem.
