cannot use add\remove program

I have done something to my pc that will not let me add\remove programs. I
get the "cannot find windows\system32\ rundll32.exe

Start > Run > type expand D:\i386\rundll32.dl_
c:\windows\system32\rundll32.dll

This assumes D: is your optical drive letter, change to suite your own
configuration
whatch the space before c:\windows
