Cannot upgrade to AOL 9.0

when I try to upgrade to AOL 9 I get an error message
that says "cannot download file be sure you are signed
min with the same privlages as a administrator then try
again"

I am signed in a the administrator. Are there some
settings I can change which will allow me to download the
upgrade.

I have downloaded windows critical updates and security
updates with no problem. So I can download somethings.
I have contacted AOL and they say it is a windows
settings problem

Any help would be appriciated

That's your computer telling you to dump aol and get a real isp. Even ms
computers know aol is useless and garbage. ;-)
