Cannot Sync Outlook to my Windows Mobile Device Error

I am trying to sync my mobile device with my Outlook but ActiveSync is
telling me that a different profile was setup or is password protected. To
fix this it says to open Outlook with the appropriate profile.
I just recently upgraded to Office 2007 from 2003 and have always only had
one outlook account. How do I modify or select the correct profile so that
my device can be sync'd?
 
How many mail profiles do you have configured in Control Panel-> Mail-> Show
Profiles

If only one, remove the partnership via ActiveSync with your mobile and
recreate the partnership.
Note that ActiveSync is supported in pocketpc.activesync
