Cannot start Outlook 2003

Hi ,
When I start Outlook I get the following error message
Unable to open your default email folders .The microsoft exchange server
computer is not available .Either there are network problems or the Microsoft
exchange server is down for maintenance .
I can get my email if I log from another machine .I have recreated my
profiles ;applied service pak1 .Still no luck .
Please reply .

Do you use an Exchange account?
I can get my email if I log from another machine.

What kind of account do you use on the other machine?
