cannot start microsoft office outlook

when i try to start outlook, I get the following message:
Cannot start microsoft office outlook. Unable to open the outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened.
the rest of my office applications work. I have xp w/ sp2
 
I have office 2003, if that makes a difference. I recently deleted msn
because I switched internet providers. Now outlook won't work!

Was the MSN account your only account? Do you have any other accounts now?
 
I am having the same problem....same message. All other programs work in
Office XP Pro....but not Outlook.
