Cannot sort in IE

Hi,
Having a problem after exporting a CVS file from a site. Once exported I
have been sorting the data but now the DATA and TOOLS menus do nothing. I am
able to sort directly from Excel but that's an extra couple steps I'd like to
keep out.

First of all, you're importing from, not exporting.

Please describe EXACTLY the steps you take to import the csv file.
