Cannot set up email account - help

Unless you bought a URL site name and setup a network service, using your own name "Pamela" for a pop and smtp server identification is totally wrong.
Have you called Cox tech support for the correct server name and correct port numbers?

'SMTP.Pamela.com' is not the correct server name for cox.net.

Take a look at this site for the correct POP & SMTP server names for your
Cox account.

Contact your ISP's tech support for the proper mail server settings,
pamela.com isn't correct.
