CANNOT SEND MASS EMAIL

I'M USING A OUTLOOK 2002, RECENTLY WHEN I TRY TO SEND AN
EMAIL TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS (50 EMAIL ADDRESS) LIKE I SEND
IT TO (Bcc), THE MESSAGE BOUNCES BACK TO ME, STATING
(RELAY RESTRICTED), I USE TO DO IT BEFORE...ANY HELP
PLEASE...

PLEASE...

1) Don't post all in caps - it's considered yelling, is incredibly rude
and makes your posts very hard to read.

2) 'Relay restricted' sounds as though this is an ISP issue - maybe 50
now exceeds their one-time send limit. Talk to them.
 
"Relay restricted" may well mean that you need to authenticate to your
outgoing server when sending. On your account page, click "More
Settings...", then go to the "Outgoing Server" tab and select one of the
methods (start with "same as incoming") to see if that helps. It also may
be, as mentioned below, that your ISP now considers 50 recipients to be too
many.
