Cannot send email using Vista

I am trying to send emails through Window using Vista, I cannot send emails,
Can you help me.

Error Code

The host 'stmp-server.gt.rr.com' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'none', Account: 'pop-server.gt.rr.com', Server:
'stmp-server.gt.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

(As well as the typo).

Your time zone is not set correctly.
