What are you talking about? License version has nothing to do with any
performance problem. What version of Outlook are you using? What type of
Account? If Outlook 2002 or 2003, did you use the Test Account Settings
feature? What error messages did you receive, if any? Have you contacted
your ISP to see if they are having a problem on their end?
