cannot send email error message

When I try to send email I get the following erro any help would be appreciated

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Egan's photos', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcst.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
