cannot send e-mail

Why can't I send e-mail.
Recieving this error message: The message could not be sent because one
of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was
'my e-mail.com'. Subject 'Re: Fwd: FW: Fw: Fw: PLEEEEEEASE READ!!!! it was on
the news! asap', Account: 'mail.peoplepc.com', Server: 'smtp.peoplepc.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying to <[email protected]>
prohibited by administrator', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79.
Please help.

Did you try authenticating to the SMTP (outbound) mail server?

Are you using the SMTP server of the network to which you connect? Or
are you trying to use some mail server that is off the domain you use
for your Internet connectivity?
