Cannot send and receive from outlook. Have double checked setting.

I have installed Office professional 2003 and all works well except Outlook
e-mail. I cannot send or receive. I reentered my information from the server
and verified that it is entered correctly. They recomended that I reinstall
Office which I did with the same results. I am using the same settings for
Outlook Express and it works fine on the same computer. Is there something
wrong with the program or am I "Still" doing something Wrong???

which error message do you get?
